Error when importing the default classic theme

Hello Team,

I get this message while installing the default classic theme.
”
The most common errors happened by low server requirments, we strongly recommend to contact your host provider and check the necessary settings. ”
Yet all the prerequisites are good.
Can you help me please ?
I have provided you with the wp-admin login and password in private if you can help me.

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.
It looks like Core plugin was not installed correctly. Please provide FTP access. Contact your hosting provider if you don’t know what FTP is.
Do you want to get this default demo – https://xstore.8theme.com/home/ ? WPBakery pr Elementor?
