Error when installing theme - by Paolo - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi there,

I have got an error when I tried to install XStore Theme.

Here are the errors.

I have 3 licence and I never has this kind of error before.

Can you let me know where the problem could be ? Thanks for your help

Hello,

Are you able to activate theme using your purchase code or also have a problem with this?

NO, I have this error

API request call error. Common problem caused by SSL certificate. Please check it here. Contact your server provider in case your certificate does not exist or has some errors.

But SSL is installed and works perfectly

Any idea ?
