I have an issue, when customer adding a products to the cart and leave it for a time. when he is back to check out and the quantity changed or out of stock it don’t show you what items out of stock it just show this error.. so the user don’t know which product to edit or delete from the cart. he should remove all items in the cart.

1) Could you please check how it works when Advanced cart/checkout Layout is disabled in Xstore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart/Checkout Layout?
2) We kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.

Here what i get after enabling another theme,
This is exactly what i wanted to show !
But its not work on the Xstore theme it just show a general error without showing what items affected

Please provide URL of the product and temporary wp-admin + FTP access, so we can check the situation more deeply.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

In someway i proceed directly to the billing and the message show up, but the issue still occurs in the previous step (Shopping Cart)

We can’t connect:
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server
Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

The issue was from a css custom code and i had removed it.
