Hello, AndreG,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
hey,
check the private content.
thanks,
Hello, AndreG,
We appreciate your prompt response.
Please downgrade the PHP version from 8.4.1 to 8.1 or 8.2 and let us know. Not all plugins are compatible with your current version. Your hosting provider can take this action at your request.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
hey,
i don´t think the problem is the PHP version…
thanks
Hello, AndreG,
Could you please provide us with the following details:
– FTP Host
– FTP Username

hey,
thanks,
Hello, AndreG,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Upon reviewing your website, we have noticed that none of your admin pages (except for the main one) are loading. Additionally, we are unable to connect to your FTP server (please refer to the attached files for more details).
It appears that the issue might be related to the SSL certificate. When accessing the main admin panel or the frontend, the site loads using the “https” protocol. However, when navigating to the frontend from the admin panel or accessing any other admin page, the site loads using the “http” protocol instead.
We recommend reviewing your SSL configuration to address this issue.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
Hey,
website loads well, i dont think is about the SSL.
tell me your IP so the Provider put on the white list / acess list, please
(my ip sometimes gets blocked too, so i need to ask them to unblock).
Thanks,
You can find the IP in the private content section.
Best regards,
8Theme Team

We would like to inform you that we have made certain changes and kindly request you to review them. Additionally, we would like to bring to your attention that we occasionally experience issues with the secondary loading of your website. Further details regarding this matter can be found in the attached files.

Hey,
i understand and i appreciate that.
But can you tell me what changes were made?
thanks.
Hello, AndreG,
We would like to inform you about the steps we have taken to address the current situation:
1. We cleared all caches that were accessible to us.
2. We applied all available patches as of now.
3. We disabled the following option:
Customizer -> Speed Optimization -> Disable Elementor dialog JS
and enabled the option:
Customizer -> Speed Optimization -> Remove query strings from static resources
Additionally, we made modifications to the file:
xstore/js/ajax-filters.min.js
Please note that these changes will be included in the next theme update.
If you have any further questions or require assistance, feel free to reach out to us.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
