When updating the xstore theme I’m getting the same error as previous update attempts in November. I follow the standard update process as always as many times in the past. Yet the same error appears.
This package could not be installed: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to Find End of Central Dir record signature
I update theme first and that’s what appears. Both theme and core require updating.

I followed the steps yet when pressing Register I get a message saying the license has been used on another domain. This is not accurate.
The domain it claims it is registered to: frequencydomain.org – this is the domain associated with the Cpanel (it’s merely a placeholder domain name for the cpanel) – surreynaturalfoods.com is the domain within this cpanel. This is how Namecheap works (my server is hosted on namecheap) when a new domain is added to an existing cpanel account it’s an add on domain.
There are no other domains on this cpanel account, only surreynaturalfoods.com
How do I proceed? This xstore license has been in use for years since it was first bought and nothing else has changed. Same cpenal and same domain.

Thank you. Will I require this process each time I update the theme and core? This was never needed previous to approx November this yr.
If I do try and unregister and then register months from now and my customer support has expired will I be able to do basic updates without this assistance?
I’ll appreciate some direction on how to resolve this license issue I experienced from happening again.
