Error when updating to Woocommerce 2.3.5

    I get this error when updating to Woocommerce 2.3.5 and cannot access the dashboard. I had to roll back to 2.2.11 to get access to dashboard again.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class WC_Email in /homepages/29/d378202308/htdocs/jewelboss/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/emails/class-wc-email.php on line 840

    Please advise.

    Hello,

    Please try to update the plugin via FTP.
    Remove the folder woocommerce in the directory wp-content/plugins/ and upload a new version which you can download here: http://www.woothemes.com/woocommerce/

    Did not work. Same error, had to roll back woocommerce again.

    This problem persists with default WordPress theme too.
    You need contact Woocommerce support concerning this issue.
