Error with banner link and button link..

i have issue with banner link and button link
i put a link and it word for while but after few hours it’s not working
i did it 2 times and still not working i need to rest the page againt and make it again new banner to work for while and then not working after few hours!
how can i fix this please?

Please provide temporary wp-admin access.

Screenshot from which page have you sent? I do not see mentioned banners on your Home page. Please provide correct URL.
We do not have such problem on our test site, try to temporarily disable cache plugin and check if it helps.
If the problem won’t be solved, provide temporary wp-admin access.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Do you mean this page https://r****e.net/accessories/ ? As I can see, links on banners work fine.
Do you mean links will disappear from settings after a while, or they still be there but not work on the frontend?

no i mean this page https://rodsee.net/power/
https://rodsee.net/cover/
yes they still be there but not work you can check it
check power page and cover page & car page &sounds page all with same issue

Yes, this option should be disabled for banners in case you add links.
