    HI,

I am using PW Gift Cards which I have working on other sites but seems to be throwing Xstore error on the page for this website:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/customer/www/soaposh.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/woo.php on line 2159

    Hello,

We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

You can post your request about compatibility with the plugin here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ (do not forget to mention the full plugin name and link to its site), so our dev team read it. If it takes votes from other customers, our dev team will add it in one of the next updates.

    Regards

I understand that but as the ERROR is on the Xstore side, not the plugin, and I still have a valid support contract under the theme licence, I would have thought you may have been able to advise on what the error could be to at least help debug.

    Thanks for the reply.
Here you can find the support policy – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/support/ https://prnt.sc/IDBq4TRi7q5Y
We can try to help you but in this case wp-admin and FTP access are needed from your side. After that, I will be able to ask someone from our devs to take a closer look at the problem.

    Regards

To follow up – I have been able to deduce the issue is nothing to do with the Plug In, if a product is created WITHOUT a Category – this error will appear on the product.

There was no default Category for Products set, now that a default is set, Products will always have a category and the error is not shown.

We are glad that you sorted it out. Thanks for letting us know.
It is a bit strange that you had products without categories, because there should be the default category which comes from WooCommerce – https://prnt.sc/CtJMM3x4eHLn
