Error with webiste while switching LANGUAGE

Hello,
I am having an issue with my website almedical.al lately. My website is in Albanian language, when I switch to English the website redirects to a spam url. I have scanned my files and made some tests by changing to default theme and this error happens only with Xstore, can you please check what might be causing this issue?

Hello,

At first sight, we do not see the problem, check the screenshot from the Private Content area. Could you record a video of the problem?

Hello,
Please take a look to the video attached, when i switch to english language I get redirected to the spam url as you can see by the video. How can I solve this? This issue happens only when xstore theme is activated,

Hello,

I’m redirected even if I try to vision default site link https://prnt.sc/26fpxyj So, probably you have virus on your site. Contact your hosting provider and ask them to check your WP installation.

My first step was contacting the hosting provider. After several scans they told me that the issue was being caused by the theme, so they suggested me to update the theme or change the theme. I updated the theme but the issue is still happening, as I explained earlier when I change to default theme the issue doesn’t happen, can you please take a look?

Then ask them to check closer because even if I enable default WP theme Storefront the problems persists, check the video https://recordit.co/yE53F0OS6W
So, something is either in your WP installation files or in your Database. The theme default code is not the reason of the problem because the virus is the reason of the problem https://prnt.sc/26frxs8.
