    H.

Please note that we upgraded to version 7.2.1– December 10, 2020 and after that, the site crashed. We are getting the following errors

PHP Warning: require_once(/wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/models/customizer/icons.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/models/customizer.php on line 40

PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/models/customizer/icons.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php74/root/usr/share/pear’) in /wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/models/customizer.php on line 40

Also, we noticed in the browser console there are missing some CSS files.

Please let us know when you have a fix for it. Thanks.

    Hello,

It looks that you did not fully updated the XStore Core plugin. Go to Plugins > disable it and remove. After that go to XStore > Plugin installer and install the XStore core plugin again.

    Regards

    Hi Olga.

First of all, thanks for your answer. Just to let you know that I tried it already but the error persists. Should I double check anything else?

    Please let me know.

    Hello,

Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check, please.

    Regards
