Hi
we translate password reset email to Arabic and link it to English email as normal when try to test forget password we got the following errors
in English interface
1. error mssage in email body pls check https://prnt.sc/dc3fY2gx7pTM
2. when click on click here to reset password we going to my account page again https://prnt.sc/DJbKvJ6XIOdw with error message key is used as u see
in Arabic Interface
1.email subject in english even it typed in Arabic , error message pls check https://prnt.sc/pkA5Z8l60OZ1
2. when press on click here to reset password same error as in English

Kindly make full check to Email builder since we face many issues from last upgrade xstore to latest version

Hello,

We did few tests and moved your content above and below. After removing main content and created it from stretch it is ok now -> https://prnt.sc/WZjuUjT6PfUx .  Also, we didn’t make any changes for Email builder for the last 10update 100% so if you are sure that some issues started after last update please, give us an answer what was you latest version you updated from ?

thanks for your support , we do the same in arabic email pls try to rest password in Arabic interface first when press on reset password button it forward to wrong page also email subject not show as in email builder
pls make full check for password reset in arabic interface

Hello,

Once we disable our Email builder and checked the link with default woocomerce emails the link to reset password is broken as well -> https://prnt.sc/4QQgeRIy7jJG . So the problem is not in our Email builder but with WooCommerce, please, contact their support with such question (you may keep our Email builder disabled to show them the problem with default emails)
