Hello! After the last update of the template, the site started having problems!

2. The page for editing the template does not open. I checked, two plugins prevent the editor from opening, these are Subscriptio and WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts. Perhaps some other plugins interfere.

We offer a lot of plugins but there is no need to install them all if you don’t use the functionality of these plugins. For example, if you don’t plan subscriptions on your site then disable Subscriptio plugin. If you don’t plan Dynamic Pricing & Discounts for your products then disable WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts plugin. You’ll be able to enable plugin once you really need that.
Also, I see that you installed 2 page builders: Elemento and WPBakery. Do you need both of them? Because they also use PHP memory and it would be better to choose the one you prefer and disable the other one.
We have updated the theme. Some memory errors were fixed in the latest update. Let me know if you still have the memory issues after that.

As a client, I think this way, if the WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts, Subscriptio and others plugins are included in the general kit with your XSTORE template, then you have thought about the compatibility of these plugins with your template!
If, however, you cannot guarantee the compatibility of these plugins with your template, then do not include these plugins in the general kit with the template! And then, the client himself will take risks, connecting these plugins to the template!

These plugins are compatible with our theme. I asked you if you use them just because every additional plugin slows down the site. So, there is no need to keep plugins enabled just in case. That’s all. It’s not related to your question. It wass just a suggestion. If you want to keep them enabled ok.

What version of theme do you use? The mentioned errors related to our theme fixes were fixed in version 8.0.11 of XStore theme. So, make sure that you updated theme to version 8.0.11 and XStore core to version 4.0.11.
