Errors when I pupdate Legenda theme - by pionnex

    Dear,

    I have old version of Legenda theme in my site (You got it private).

    When I update my theme to the newest version in homepage it only appears one product and also, the footer rows dissapear. Also, in category products only appears one product.

    Also, my product images doesn´t appear in single product page.

    Can you help me?

    Hello,

    Did you made changes in the main file of Legenda theme (old version)?
    Also please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

    In this case you need make backup your old version. Then delete new version and update your old version to the new like on video tutorial. You need have only one updated theme.

    Dear Robert.

    This is that I did first. I upload the new one to the old one.

    While this didn´t work, I reupload my old version and also change the name to the new version and upload it because it is more easy to me to testing both themes.

    But like I told you, the first thing I did was upload the new one over the old one, and I have the same problems, so this is not the problem… 🙁

    We’re unable to open your wp-admin panel now, there is an error: “The connection has timed out”.
    Are there any problems on a server at your hosting provider?

    Hello,

    Please check with your hosting provider if there are any restrictions on a server or some rules written in .htaccess file as we are unable to access your site.

    Hello,

    As you’re using very old theme version – 1.3, updating it to version 2.4.1 may cause some mess on the pages with sections and parallax effect! This is due to changes made in the code and separated visual composer. Therefore, after the upgrade to Legenda version 2.4.1 be ready that you will need to recreate those pages! Please take our apologies for the inconveniences and we’ll be grateful if you treat it with understanding .
    Always create a backup of all your files and databases before upgrading, and read instructions carefully on how to update your template properly.

    Also delete wpbakery folder from wp-content/themes/legenda before update!

    But the problems are in all pages??

    All products pages are wrong because I can´t see the images… I have to regenerate all pages, all products… All????

    Hello,

    You may need to recreate the pages with sections and parallax effect in Visual Composer editor, not the products pages.
    Please upgrade the theme and create a back up of the files and database before.

    I have made the backup.

    Remember that also the products images doesn´t see with the updated theme.

    Ok, Don´t worry, I have solve it.

    The woocommerce plugin doesn´t have the spanish archives. Now I solve it.
