Hello,
Please, contact with your hosting provider and update PHP version. To make our theme work it should be no less than 5.3.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
Thank you for this.
I have just been informed we are on Windows Hosting. According to my hosting provider it is not compatible with WordPress.
Do you at least know if I delete you theme I via FTP I will be able to log back in to wordpress – or will it corrupt the database?
And one more question – do you know that I can re-install the Royal theme on my new hosting environment and it won’t see it as a second install?
Thanks,
Andrew
Hello,
If you remove the theme you’ll be able to access wp-admin panel.
You can reinstall Royal theme without any worries.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
