Open my link you can see the breadcrumbs ” Home / 愛用者心得 / 寵物使用HB-101健康沒臭味 ” URL is “https://hb-101.31app.tw/essential_grid/寵物使用hb-101健康沒臭味/ ” I have translated the “essential_grid” so it look like 愛用者心得
my problem is https://hb-101.31app.tw/essential_grid/ is not exist , so if you click the breadcrumbs > 愛用者心得 (essential_grid) it can’t go back to the https://hb-101.31app.tw/愛用者心得/
How to edit the permalink ,PAGE NOT FOUND is really bother me 🙁

Do you have the problem with our theme only or with a default WP theme too? Try to re-save permalinks settings.

Sorry for the delay in answering.
1) Found that breadcrumbs have the issue on the essential grid post because this part should not be there http://prntscr.com/iusyre
Provide me FTP access to fix it.
2) Essential grid post permalinks are not changeable since it’s added in code level and we don’t recommend editing the plugin directly. Changing permalinks will not fix it either since it only accepts WordPress default permalink wildcards.
If you want to change the essential grid permalinks you may try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-permalinks/, it’s not our plugin so please use it with caution. Always backup your site before doing anything.

Do you have a server cache or CDN? Because we make changes in template files and don’t see any effect. Even if we remove all the content from style.css file and save we can see old file while inspect the site using the console.

Hi,thanks for your support.Now mobile device is broken and all the page show essential_grid on the left top, I need to restore from backup because the website is publishing.
Could you please remove the essential_grid(愛用者心得) on breadcrumbs like the step before i provided FTP for you ?
This step is ok and i will fix the essential grid skin like i did before.

1) I don’t know why your site is broken on mobile because changes that we need to make are related to breadcrumbs only and does not affect the mobile layout.
2) Have you disabled CDN or server cache? Because we can help you with breadcrumbs if you use it. We don’t see our changes and just lose time! Please, reply back only when you disable CDN or server cache and confirm that you have done it.

I’m afraid I’ll take too much of your time so I don’t need to fix the breadcrumbs link,just remove the essential_grid(愛用者心得) on breadcrumbs like the step before I provided FTP for you.
