Hello
I just updated plugins as I usually do, downloaded from your site and copy via ftp.
All of them are ok but ESSENTIAL GRID is empty with no grids and no settings.
I had there more than 20 grids saved. 🙁
Is there any way how to get it back??
Please kindly advise.
Thank you in advance
Regards
Peter
Hello,
Try to restore your files and database from a back up.
Ask your hosting provider support to help you with it.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Hello,
I hoped there is some other solution. My made many changes since my last back up. 🙁
I have done this many times before in the same way without problems. Also for other plugins it is not a problem.
Is it related to Essential grid settings or what’s going on???
This certainly should not happen!!
So how should we do next updates? Can it happen again?
Than you
Regards
Peter
Hello,
Sorry, but we can’t know what was the reason.
You’d better ask your hosting provider support to check log files to investigate what has caused this issue.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
