Essential Grid import not working - by I_Salinas

Hi there,

I tried to import the essential grid’s demo content but is not working.

I followed the steps from the documentation:

1) Go to Essential Grid > Import/Export and select Full Demo Data —OK

2) I uploaded the 4 .json files one by one (but the “Append as new” and “Overwrite existing” options don’t show up. I still click on “Import selected data”.

Then I go to the overview but non of the grids appear.

Could you please help me out?

Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

Sorry, but we can’t suggest you the solution without seeing the site and testing the problem on our end.
So please upload it to any web host (find some free hosting and upload your files) so we can check the issue.
