I recently tried to import the full demo data for essential grid (which completed fine), but when I try to select all of the royal_ess_grid.json add-on’s and have them overwritten and then click on import selected data, it gives me an Ajax error. There seems to be nothing I can do to keep this from happening. Please help

Hello,
Sorry for a delay.
We’ve released a new theme version. Please update it and check if the issue persists there too. Let us know if further assistance is needed.
Thank you.

This is the new theme version. I just updated yesterday. Please advise
Hello,
Please deactivate 3rd-party plugins and try to import the data again. If the issue still persists you need contact your host and ask what php version is used on the server. If it’s lower than 5.3 please ask them to update it.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
I have tried everything you suggested and I am still getting the AJAX error. I contacted my host and they stated that I am using PHP version 5.4.16. Please use my log in credentials previously inserted into this post and see if you can fix the issue. Thanks
Hello,
I would recommend you to make a backup your site. After that reinstall WordPress and Royal theme.
Also will be better if you create a new database for that.

Robert Hall.
That’s convenient. This problem started after your update. Now you want me to wipe everything out and start over and hope that the process of implementing a backup will go smoothly. Why can’t anyone make a WordPress theme that doesn’t have any issues?
And by the way, why ask me for all of my log in info, and then tell me that I need to fix it myself?
Hello,
Your AJAX problem caused by “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 413 (Request Entity Too Large)”. Contact with your hosting provider and try to increase maximum size of POST data that PHP will accept.

I increased all of the max php size limits and I am still having the issue. Bellow is an example of the file I uploaded to increase the maximums. Please check to see what error you are getting now. Thanks.
Okay, I just wiped out my server and started all over from scratch, and I am getting the same AJAX error. Please log in to my system and figure this out. There must be something wrong with the theme.
Just wondering if anyone is working on this issue? I have to get this fixed before I can continue to design my website. Thank you for your time.
New log in credentials. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hello,
Check your grid now, please.
Regards,
Olga Barlow
Thanks for the reply. It appears that all of the Ess Grid items have been imported now. How did you get it to work? If I need to purchase this theme for another client will I run into the same problem or is this something that will be fixed in the next update, or did you have to change my PHP settings to get it to work?
Hello,
Your server is still showing the error while uploading large number of files, that’s why we had to divide import file into several parts. After that separate files were uploaded successfully.
If you install the theme for some client and his server has the same settings as yours, then he may find the same problem with data import.
Also please note if you’re going to use the theme for several domains, then you have to buy a theme license for each domain.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
