    Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

    To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    I also have another problem, when adding a product to the cart, the popup opens but nothing is displayed. This only happens when I choose the popup option. I have disabled this option for now.

    Have you been able to look for the problem with the popup when adding a product to the cart?

    The skeleton continues to load but nothing is displayed in the popup.
