for the ftp just use insecure type
Hello,
We need to check the plugins you use, so we need access to plugins and WPoket settings. Also, provide us with FTP access to wp-content directory to allow us access to our theme files and XStore core plugin files.
Before this disable the Varnish server cache because cached version of the old files could be the reason of the issue.
Regards
this is not cache issue.
already disabled the cache plugin and clear varnish cache.
the only solution is to downgrade to 7.2.3 and now the problem solved
Hello,
We made improvements of the back to top button in version 7.2.4 and it could be the reason of your error. Could you, please, provide us with FTP access to wp-content directory to allow us access to our theme files and XStore core plugin files and also provide correct WP Dashboard access to your site with permission to check Theme Options, Plugins, WPRoket plugin settings? We’ll check why the mentioned error appears on your site.
Regards
