    Hello,

What functions did you change in that functions.php file? Did you copy the whole file from parent theme to child theme and then just changed a few functions? It’s not the correct way!
Copy just the function you want to change to classico-HTYD/functions.php file and edit it according to your needs, don’t copy the whole classico-HTYD/theme/functions.php file.

    Hi,

I had followed the way it is done in the live theme and working perfectly fine but not in the staging website because the staging website has an updated theme and WordPress.

can we schedule a call so that we can get this thing clear asap?

please let me know your availability?

    Thanks and Regards

    Hello,

We don’t provide support via phone, unfortunately.
What functions did you change under classico-HTYD/theme/functions.php?
Could you provide list of functions that you changed?
Did you add your custom functions to that file in addition to existing parent theme functions?

    Regards
