    Hello, @ziga32,

    Thank you for your response.

1/ Unfortunately, It is not possible to turn this lazyload off globally because it is turned ON for each element and you can access the ‘Settings of Element’ for each element you wish to modify.

2/ To assist you with your inquiry, we request that you provide us with URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.

To do this, please follow these steps:
    – Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
    – Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
    – Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Yours sincerely,
    The 8Themes Team

Sorry for a late reply, I was on a vacation last week.

At this point I don’t see a point in providing you with wp access if you said this is not possible?

    Hello, @ziga32,

    Thank you for your response.

1/ We would like to clarify that the lazy load feature is activated for each individual element. Should you wish to make any modifications, you are able to access the ‘Settings of Element’ for each specific element of your choice.

2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
