Everytime I try to install any plugin, it show me error “Plugin Installation Failed”

Hi 8theme team!
I hope this finds you well. From day first whenever I try to install any plugin, It show me the error “plugin installation filed” But It comes to my plugins list, Then I have to activate it manually.
Also I am not able to update my theme. Maybe the same error

#380325 Copied Theme version: 9.2.5
