Excessive load time & often no slideshow

Hi i love your theme and have lunched it into a live production site. http://enviroductny.com/. We have got hundreds of calls from people saying site does not load. I seems its only on the home page with demo content loaded and updated with clients images. The few people that say there is no problem say when they go to a page and go back to the home page the slide show loading gif just keeps running but no slideshow. I also disabled all of the plugins I do not use, installed w3 total cache, and played wih every setting in settings of the revolution slideshow hoping to fix the issue but that did nothing.I even decreased the size of all background images in the slideshow with no improvement. I am very happy with the theme but unfortunately if they slideshow does not work I will need to use a different theme:( Ftp info is included in private content.

Hello,

You use old version of Royal theme. Please update to the latest.
Don’t forget to make backup your site before updating.
Here is video tutorial how update it:

The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.
Also you use old plugins:
– Essential Grid
– Revolution Slider
– Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer
– WPBakery Visual Composer
After updating theme we can help you with updating plugin.
