1/ To configure your header, kindly proceed to the following navigation path: XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder.

2/ Regarding the footer configuration, we invite you to consult our theme documentation for detailed guidance. https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/cant-edit-footer-static-block-using-elementor/

Should you continue to experience any difficulties, please do not hesitate to provide a screenshot illustrating the issue. Additionally, we request that you submit your site’s wp-admin access credentials within the private content area of our support forum.
