Extra contetnt in product page does not show background picture

Hi

I am finding difficulties with uploading background picture in single product page:
here is block showed OK: http://www.prava-klima.si/staticblocks/single-product/
but when I include into product page, does not background image in section “Check out our collection of suits”, see the page here http://www.prava-klima.si/ir-paneli/sunlife-art-prestige-mirror
