Facebook and Pinterest Product Sharing Error

I am receiving the following error message when clicking the Facebook and Pinterest sharing buttons on product pages:

“The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.”

Mail, Google+, and Pinterest Icons seem to be working however. Can you please advise on how to correct the issue?

Hello,

Are you using any 3rd-party plugins? Please try to disable them and check social share icons after that.

I was using the EasyFancy Box plugin. Upon disabling it, the Facebook and Pinterest product sharing error is resolved. Can you suggest an alternative way to implement a lightbox pop-up for images, video, and other html content? Thanks for finding the above support topic and your continued assistance in resolving this issue.
