Thank you for reaching out to us.

The issue was caused by the “Envo Extra” plugin. After deactivating it, we were able to successfully activate the core plugin. We have noticed that you have several third-party plugins activated, some of which may not be necessary. We recommend reviewing the plugins and deactivating those you are unsure about or do not need. Please read the description of each plugin to understand its purpose. This will help prevent further conflicts and improve the overall performance of your website, as each additional plugin can affect site speed.
