For example, any error messages, screenshots, or steps to reproduce the issue would be very helpful. (Please note that your initial message did not include a screenshot, so we kindly ask you to verify and include one if possible.)

2/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

We appreciate your prompt response.

However, we noticed that temporary access to the admin panel has not been provided, which prevents us from investigating the issue further.

Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).

1/ We kindly ask you to perform the test we mentioned in our previous response. Specifically, please temporarily activate the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, on your website. Since you are using a third-party plugin for forms, it is likely that the issue may be related to that plugin. In such a case, further assistance may be required from the plugin’s support team rather than from the theme author.

We’ve created an example of a Newsletter popup for you.
Please check Theme Options > Header Builder > Newsletter > static block selected https://prnt.sc/9pEoK4HIIOqs , and Dashboard > XStore > Static blocks > Newsletter popup https://prnt.sc/wzKB_uD5nNVK .

We have not identified any issues originating from our theme.
Please note that the plugin you are attempting to use for the form is not included with our theme package. As such, we are unable to take responsibility for its functionality.
We have also suggested testing the plugin with a third-party theme to determine whether the issue persists independently of our theme. Based on this, we kindly recommend reaching out to the plugin’s support team for further assistance regarding its functionality.
