Hey, support.
I’m facing multiple Theme issues on our site after Theme updating. Such as:
1: There is “1” on Topbar
2: Product page didn’t add into cart (continues loading)
3: Checkout page “Payment section” (continues loading)
4: Can’t Integrate Mailer-lite with the website (woocommerce)
5: Website speed very slow
6: Mailer
Please help to Fix it. It’s our LIVE brand website.
one more issue has seen:
6: Can’t see added product into mini sidebar Cart
I think my last messages didn’t receive…
Hello,
If your site is live, we would recommend creating a staging site (full copy of the existing one), and doing all updates there first.
Do you have same problems when a default theme (like Storefront ) is activated on your site?
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe some of the additional plugins are the reason for problems.
Mailer – is 3rd party plugin, so contact support of the plugin, or WooCommerce. We can’t provide support of 3rd raptly plugins.
About speed – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/
Regards
Yes, I’ve backup.
…
But the main issue is the checkout page payment section not loading (very disappointing) & sometimes products also not loading into the cart. why there is “1: at the left-TOPbar.
Please fix. very bad for my site.
Do you have same problems when a default theme (like Storefront, go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate WooCommerce default theme Storefront) is activated on your site? Please check and let us know. Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.
Have you tried to disable 3rd party plugins?
Regards
