Fail install Plugins and Demo (Server ok)

Hello, I have tried multiple times to install the Demo, and i get a fail message for Plugins and for the Demo content.

I have already improved my PHP ini, Htaccess and it should be working normally.

Please not only solve the issue, explain how you did it, because i searched in many topics in your forum but you always answer as “Problems is solved, you can check”…so other users can not know exactly how you solved.
