hi i tried to install xcore new update but always failed

#270741 Copied Theme version: 7.2.3

Hello,

Have you updated the theme? Do not update the Core before the theme update.
You can do the update via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
