Failed orders emails to customers not only admin

    Hello, I am using Email Builder for all WooCommerce emails but at the moment when orders Fail only admin gets the email notification. Is there any way to make a separate email or maybe the same but send it to customers who’s orders fail?

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

    Please check how emails work when our email builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).

    Also, check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
    Let us know the results of the tests.

    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.
    We recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to review the server mail log. Additionally, it would be prudent to contact WooCommerce plugin support concurrently for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
