I tried to upload a template, but there was a failure in installing the XSTORE CORE plugin, this may be due to the requirements not being met, but after I tried to contact customer service from the hosting provider, the requirements had been adjusted but the max execution limit could only be 120.

    Hello Donny,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The core plugin can be installed manually using achieve from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads/

Or provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello Donny,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

1/ We can’t install the Core plugin via Dashboard on your site.
503 Service Unavailable – this server error response code indicates that the server is not ready to handle the request. Common causes are a server that is down for maintenance or that is overloaded. Please contact your hosting provider and ask for assistance from their side.

    2/ We can’t connect FTP:

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
