    Hello,

Do you have this issue with our theme only or with default WooCommerce theme too? Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme, check. We are able to help with issues related strictly to our theme.

To translate theme and plugins you may also try Loco Translate plugin.

    Regards

    Hello,

We are able to help with issues related strictly to our theme. If you have the same problems with default WooCommerce options even when default theme is activated then you need to contact WooCommerce support on WC support forum.
We won’t be able to fix the problem with default functionality if problem persists with official WC theme, it can do plugin author only.

    Regards

    Hi,

With default themes woocommerce, woocommerce works good, there arent problem, furthermore we installed another different woocommerce and we have same problems.

I think that the problem is between theme and woocommerce, but I dont know why, furthermore the theme included a woocommerce what in theory it must work correctly with theme, so i think that the problem is the theme.

    Regards

    Hello,

Sorry, I don’t understand. In the previous message, you told me that problem persists with any theme. I’m confused. Please, provide me temporary FTP and admin panel access. I’ll check everything by myself.

    Regards
