    Hello,

when using the fake sales pop up, it will not display real orders.

When set to display “show fake orders from besting ” it will work successfully.

However, when I select “from real orders” , it can’t seem to display the orders. It’s stuck in a loop, only showing two pop ups which are memberships, not physically products.

Ive attached a screenshot of the two pop ups which appear, no other pop ups appear from sales currently.

Files is visible for topic creator and

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us and for providing the details regarding the issue with the sales pop-up feature.

We understand that when selecting the option to display real orders, the pop-up only shows two membership-related notifications and does not reflect other product sales as expected. We appreciate the screenshot you’ve attached, which helps us better understand the situation.

Please note that the “Real Orders” option pulls data directly from your WooCommerce order history https://prnt.sc/23vRQmfaYTC2 . If only membership products are appearing, it may indicate that these are the only recent completed orders available in your store. To ensure a wider variety of products are displayed, please verify that you have other completed orders in your WooCommerce dashboard that include physical products.

Additionally, we recommend checking the following:

    – Ensure that the orders you wish to display are marked as “Completed” in WooCommerce.
    – Confirm that the products in those orders are published and visible on the front end.
    – Clear your site and browser cache to make sure the latest data is being loaded.

If the issue persists after verifying the above, please let us know, and we will be happy to investigate further.

    Best Regards,

So, Ive marked some orders as complete.

Ill use order #12847 as the example.

This product had 8 in stock, someone bought all 8.

After reading your message, I checked, the order was marked as “sent, waiting on tracking”, this is the order status after “processing” but before “complete” . The website appeared to still show the 8 in stock (despite being sent), so I marked the order as “complete” , now stock says 0.

But it still doesn’t show the sales in the pop up. I have marked other orders as complete, but they dont show either.

Ive performed dynamic cache clear on server end.
    Cache flush on site end.
Cleared browser history as the user.
logged out and in as a user.

It still only shows the two sales.

Id like to mention, that the two products which are showing, are the only products which are not “restricted to members” , however this “restricted to members” feature was also active on my old website which used the animals theme, and the sales pop up was not effected by this. It still allows non-members to view the product, just not physically purchase it.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that we utilize caching to store products from actual customer orders. This approach helps reduce the number of queries made each time a page is loaded. The cache is retained for one day and is automatically cleared every 24 hours.

While testing the fake sale popup on your website, we observed that it displays approximately 10 different products, rather than just a few. Please note that the system retrieves products from the most recent 12 orders to generate the items shown in the popup.

If you have any further questions or concerns regarding the products displayed in the fake sale popup, we kindly ask you to provide additional details, such as screenshots or a video, to help us better understand your request.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
