FATAL ERROR after trying to update - by idan

    Hi,

    I’m getting the following error after trying to update to the latest version:
    Cannot redeclare class ETheme_Recent_Posts_Widget in /public_html/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/widgets/recent-posts.php on line 167

    Cannot access the admin panel nor the website anymore.

    Please advise

    Hello,

    Looks like versions of the theme and core plugin are not appropriate. Please upload the latest theme version (5.0.2) and the latest version of Core plugin (1.1.2) via FTP.

    You need to upload files of latest versions via FTP.

    We’ve uploaded theme files via FTP.
    Please go to Appearance > Widgets and set your widgets to correct places

    I’ve managed to fix it by uploading the theme manually via FTP.
    You should check why the automatic updater doesn’t work…

    It works now but the main menu on the home page looks weird. When i go in to other pages it looks fine?

    Also how do i edit the big border on the drop down box for the my account / create an account, as well as change the verbiage from client to customer?

    Hi. Thanks for your help and your time. There seems to be a problem as some things are not like before. There is a white line over the links on the menu, on the dropdown menu at the left it is white instead of orange and some other things related to the style. Do you know what could cause this?

    Could you describe in more details (with screenshots) what exactly is looks incorrect on your site?
    I can’t log in. Have you changed wp-admin access? Please provide us with correct wp-admin access and we will help to sort out problems.

    Hello! I can’t thank you enough for helping me, I really appreciate it.

    1st. The menu has a white border on the links that I would like removed. I d like the menu to appear exactly as in your animals demo.
    2nd. Sry I was not aware of the changes on the menu. Can u plz help me turn the dropdown menu on the left to as it was in the previous version? With the orange background?
    3rd. When I click on updates on my dashboard I get an error again that is related to the theme
    4th. Product title not showing

    1) You can manage it in Theme Options > Menu > Menu Styling http://prntscr.com/l0y3kd
    2) Unfortunately, I don’t remember how it was before. Check site now, did you want to change the back like now?
    3) Provide me screenshot of the error, please.

    1. i try to modify but any change i do is not shown on the front end. I ve cleared cache, tried even form another pc nothing changes, the menu was like here – http://prntscr.com/l108x2, how can i do it again like that?

    Hello,

    I have a lot problems with the new version of the theme and core plugin. I upload the latest theme version (5.0.2) and the latest version of Core plugin (1.1.2) via FTP, but everything is broken and I Cannot access the admin panel or the website anymore. Right now I have active Core Plugin (1.0.23) and old version of the theme, the website is ok except I cannot access the admin panel. Please help with my access.

    Hello, @Randley

    1) If you have the memory limit error then contact your hosting provider to increase the PHP Memory limit.
    2) Please, create the individual topic, provide Dashboard and FTP access to your site and we’ll help you with theme update. If you use server cache disable it while we update theme.

    Hello,

    We found rules for Varnish in your wp-config. Please, disable server cache if you want to update theme. We won’t be able to update theme if old theme files are cached. Reply back once you disable server cache.
