Recently my website went down with the message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 14375951 bytes) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas10_data03/73/2486373/html/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 433
I first got this message last week, and was forced to increase my allowed memory. Then the site went down again a few days later with the same error message, and I increased the allowed memory again. Then I cleared the caches as well. A few days later my site went down again, and I increased the allow memory size again. I think there is a plug in that is “leaking” memory, or using a crazy amount of memory. I have increased my allowed memory size 3 times in one week, and the memory keeps getting used up. What do I do???
Hello,
Did you tried to disable third-party plugins?
Also please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
Yes, I believe that we have. We disabled all plugins except for the necessary ones. And still have the same issue. I am not sure if the issue is indeed due to a plugin, or what. We do not know how to proceed.
Thank you. I will send you all requested info via the Private Content.

Hello,
As I see your site is working fine now and shopping cart is enabled.
Are you still experiencing the issue with lack of memory?
We can’t log in to wp-admin panel. Please provide us with correct login and password.

Eva Kemp.
