Fatal error: Call to undefined function cmb2_get_metabox()

We must have deactivated & deleted a required plugin, but we have no idea which (or even if that is the cause of this error). When attempting to replace Product Category thumbnail, we’re getting this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function cmb2_get_metabox() in /home/indulge/public_html/preview/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/thirdparty/cmb2-taxonomy/includes/CMB2_Taxonomy.php on line 137.

Any suggestion for how to correct this situation?

Could you please provide wp-admin access in Private Content so we could check it?

Hello,

You did not install the required plugin – CMB2 plugin. I have installed and activated it and don’t see issues with Product Category thumbnail. Did you get error once tried to change the image or you want to do some code changes to replace category image?

Thanks, Olga. I thought that might be the problem, but I had no idea what plugin was missing. I’ve checked and everything is A-OK now.

Ok. I’m glad that problem was solved. You can find the list or required and recommended plugins in Appearance > Install Plugins.
