Definitely,

I’m a little stupid.

I found the error… well is not a error… the problem is that the banner only appear when you stay in a Product categorie, if you stay in general path shop this banner doesnt appear.

Are there any way to put this banner in the general shop? without requiring entry in a categorie.

Maybe is better the other form. appear in general but disappear when entry in a categorie.

How?

Unfortunately reinstalling the theme didn’t help, because your database is already filled.
You have to restore the site from your back up.
In this case we recommend you to remove all files and clear your database, install clean WordPress and contact us. We’ll proceed with the theme installation.

I clear my database, and install clean wordpress. Now you can proceed to the theme installation.

As if is possible you can charge translation in spanish if you have it.

how long you take do it?

It isn’t posible increase 20M, max is 8 M in my host.

But you can upload via FTP.

or are you finished with web?

I view that you put in my web banner in a shop (like your shop 4 columns with sidebar) however in your preview when you go to any categorie this banner is maintained but in my case when you click on categorie banner dissapear…

We’ve updated the file archive-product.php and the issue with category banner has been fixed. You need upload a banner for each category in Products > Categories > select a category to edit.

We used slider for categories pages. Add Revolution Slider shortcode in the category description in Products > Categories > edit category > Description.
