I am STILL having issues trying to install the Royal theme.
I have tried:
All FTP WP alts I can think of generated by php.info (plugin) and the standard Woocommerce System Status details:
I have upp’ed the default-constraints.php mem limit to 256M
tried and removed adding lines of code to the .htaccess
tried and removed adding my own php.ini
I am running a version 5.6 PHP
I have asked the host to increase the limit, however I am at maximum allowed by my account (120M) and would need to be running my own server to have this increased any further.
I have been told by your guys that 96M should be sufficient to run the theme, however despite uninstalling and reinstalling both WP and the royal theme several times, I am still unable to solve this Fatal Memory error.
It is a constant error I get just after installing the plugins, and before activating any of them.
Can anyone offer any further solutions?
Hello,
Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

As requested
Thank you
Hello,
Memory_limit value for your site is set to 120M: http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/15/0703/h_1435911331_5543194_1131653580.png
Please try to increase it to 256M. After that try to activate the plugins.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Hi jack
As mentioned in the first email, this is a limit set by the hosting company, I mentioned this in my first email and was told that this would not be a problem as I should be fine with 96M. If this is not the case – Can I request a refund on the product, as I will not be able to use it.
cheers
James
