Hi,
I uploaded the latest version of WooPress to my WordPress site (hosted on SiteGround) and a few things are happening right away:
1. I get this message and then I cannot login to WP Admin. (I think it has something to do with the Screets Chat plugin.
Fatal error: Call to undefined method PucFactory::addVersion() in /home/username/public_html/mywebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/screets-lc/core/library/update-checker/plugin-update-checker.phpon line 1229
2. When I upload the theme I am told that there are templates missing in WordPress
3. My theme folder is missing the Child Theme Zip File which would be great to have if possible!
Thank you for your help!

Okay. The info is below in Private Content. Would be great if we could get this sorted out by tomorrow morning as we have deadlines to meet. Thank you for your help!
Hi,
Please see corrected info below.
Hello,
Please check the admin panel now.
Also I’ve upload the woopress-child theme via FTP.
Now you can start to import the base demo content in Theme Options->Import/Export.

Hi Robert,
I was able to login to WordPress, but when I downloaded the screets chat plugin (which we are using) I got the same fatal error message. I can use the theme without the chat plugin, but that’s not what I need help with. I need the theme to be able to work with all of the plugins that it comes with/features. Is the version of the chat plugin that you have with the theme out of date? What is going on? Please help us resolve asap as we are quite pushed back at this point. Need the theme to work with all of it’s included features. Thank you for your help.
Hello,
I’ve updated the Screets Live Chat plugin to latest version. Please check it now.
Regards,
Robert Hall
