Fatal error. No xstore options on backoffice. Site is down

Hi there. For some reason my website is down showing “There Has Been a Critical Error on Your Website”. I have access to WordPress Backoffice but there aren´t no xstore option, they disappeared from the side menu. The theme is applied but i don´t have options to customize it. I already tried with another theme and the website doesn´t show the error. Can you please help me.

1/ We appreciate you contacting us regarding the issue you have encountered. We understand that you are experiencing a problem maybe related to custom modifications within your XStore theme.

Furthermore, we recommend that you enable debug mode in WordPress to ascertain the precise error that is occurring on your website. This step will help to guide us towards an appropriate solution. 2/ Downgrade PHP version to 8.0 or 8.1.
