I receive the following error
Fatal error: Call to undefined function et_get_versions_option() in /home/jaddeo/public_html/wp-content/themes/classico/framework/thirdparty/envato_setup/envato_setup.php on line 207
Hello,
Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content.
Regards
I was able to restore from backup, but I am still having issues with the theme & WooCommerce.
Hello,
You need to update the theme to latest version that compatible with woocommerce version that you use.
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/classico/#theme_installation_and_upgrade
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/classico/ to avoid problems with old files.
You will lose only changes in theme files if you made them in parent theme files.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.
Also updated all plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ (to update free plugins just click on update link from your Dashboard (Plugins > Installed Plugins), to update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/ ).
Regards
I have copied the files and now get the following error –
Hello,
Please provide FTP access (FTP hostname, FTP username, FTP password).
Regards
Below is the ftp info. Thank you.
Any update? Thank you
Hello,
I don’t know when you get that error but when we checked your site everything was old – WP, theme, all the bundled plugins. We have updated them and also fixed few errors related to enqueue_script in child theme and site works now. Check, please.
Next time before WC plugin or theme update make sure that you updated WP to the compatible version and updated all the bundled plugins.
Regards
P.S. You have a lot of out of date files in child theme http://prntscr.com/iekaic Fix this.

Thank you for your assistance. My prior web developer did not update anything over the past two years. When I reached out to you, I had purchased the theme under my pwn account and uploaded the new files, but not the theme files. When I did not hear a response, I had to restore from backup (which included out dates files). All of the theme files and child theme files are updated and working with WooCommerce. I do see an error on the WP Dashboard for Essential Grid. I have purcahsed the newest version from Envato and it is currently uploaded into my backend. When I click to activate the plugin the entire site crashes.
Hello,
If parent theme is enabled everything works fine even when Essential Grid plugin is activated. So, contact your developer to fix the problem because looks like the issue is caused by custom code in child theme.
Also, keep in mind that you don’t need to buy plugins that came bundled with our theme. You can get the updated version of all the included plugins here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
If you did not find the latest version there just report us and we’ll update plugins on that page.
Regards
