    Hello,

    Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site, please. Also, tell me when do you get this error?

    The message was sent to me by WordPress on Sun, Aug 22, 11:31 AM . Recently I’m experiencing Data base connection failier quite often so I have to refresh few times to get connected again.

    Hello,

    It looks that some files were missing in the core plugin. I have reuploaded that. But these errors could not be the reason of the DB error. Contact your hosting provider to find the reason of the DB error.

    I have also got fatal areas and it was due to your X Store Theme. Deleted the theme from file manager and now the site is working perfectly again. How do I activate the theme and am I missing a plugin or something. Need to know asap

    Hello Tony,

    Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
    Submit a new topic – https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/ Provide URL of your site, temporary wp-admin and FTP access, via the Private content area. Also, let us know error text that is shown after activate the debug mode.

    So I install your theme and it causes an error. I uninstall your theme and website is fixed but it’s a fault in my website? Hard to believe

    Hello Tony,

    A lot of customers use our theme without thisproblem. We recommend you to activate the debug mode to find out the reasone of the problem.
    Maybe theme files was not fully uploaded, maybe there is a conflict with a 3rd party plugin or something on the server side. To be able to help you, we neeed to check the problem more deeply. Please reply back with temporary access and info from the debug mode.
