Fatal error recaptcha - by Jane - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I have tried to install the ID Store on a new WordPress installation and an existing ID Store/WordPress site. Both come up with the error code “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class ReallySimpleCaptcha in /home/content/40/9368340/html/nails/wp-content/themes/idstore/code/inc/really-simple-captcha/really-simple-captcha.php on line 30”

Can anyone help? Thanks

Hello,

Try to assign rights “777” on the folder “Inc” (themes/idstore/code).
If the issue will not solved, than please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.
