Fatal error: Uncaught RuntimeException woocommerce

    Somehow the website has a fatal error when I disable the woocommerce plugin by FTP file manage, I can log in to the dashboard, but when I active woocommerce, the error came again, and the website can load, can your help out?
    The error is display like below:
