I have just purchased the Blanco theme and installed it ok, but when I tried activating it I now get the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Envato_WP_Toolkit::checkForUpdate() in /var/sites/r/[my site]/public_html/wp-content/themes/blanco/code/admin.php on line 11

I can no longer access the WP admin panel or any part of the site. I’m a complete novice at WordPress and know very little about coding. Can you please help me to fix this?

I see on other posts people have been asked for FTP details, if you need these where do I find them? (I am VERY new to all of this!)

    Hello,

Please provide us with WP dashboard and FTP (FTP host, FTP user, FTP password) credentials in private content. You can ask your hosting provider support to help you to find your FTP details.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

I’ve deactivated the plugin “Envato WordPress Toolkit”. Please clear browser cache and check your site now.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
