I clicked to install the patches available on this site and well I have a fatal error “WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, XStore Core”, wordpress sent me a recovery mode link, which is with private information, i did disable that plugin via ftp client and the site was accesible but obviously didnt function correctly. I tried an update of same patch and plugins ect on another install and i had no issues so not sure what it is. thanks

    Hello, @nebcreative,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1/ Please follow this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/documentation/troubleshooting/troubleshooting-pclziperrbadformat-10-during-theme-core-plugin-update/

2/ Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Check fatal error info in WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Dear @nebcreative,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that issues with file integrity often occur if the update page is exited prematurely or if the application page is closed abruptly during an update process.

Additionally, these issues may sometimes be related to server timeouts.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

I am unsire why this site has gained that much size as of last week it was 6000mb and not it is 8200mb. I host 99% of sites i work on and the quota for this account has been increased.
