The favicon keeps changing to the very first version that I uploaded even though it shows the new version is active in the site identity settings.
Thanks for your help

It works once I switch it, but eventually it turns back to the old one. Its done this 3 or 4 times now.
Hello, @carlyliczyk,
We kindly request that you rename the favicon file and proceed to upload it once again. Additionally, we recommend reviewing the following article to ensure best practices are followed during the update process: [How do I force a favicon refresh?](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/2208933/how-do-i-force-a-favicon-refresh)
If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.
We trust this information will be helpful to you.
Best regards,
